The Water Conservation Act requires each water conservancy district and public water system with over 500 connections to submit an updated water conservation plan every five years (plans due in the current year can be found on our Plans Due page).

A water conservation plan outlines existing and proposed water conservation measures that will be taken by the water provider and end culinary water user to help conserve water and limit or reduce per capita consumption.
